Welcome to our web site, where you will find very carefully chosen organically produced wines from France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Germany as well as organic and kosher wines from Israel. To order, please browse through our wine menu and select the wines you would like by adding them to your shopping cart.
By placing an order on this web site, you indicate your agreement to the terms that appear below.
Minimum age: To order and buy wines, you must be 18 years (in some countries 21 years) or over. By ordering wines, you confirm that you are 18 years of age (in some countries 21 years )or over and that you are legally entitled to enter into binding contracts. Customers have to ensure that alcoholic beverages may not be handed out to persons under the legal age.This is why you are asked to answer the question about your date of birth, when you are placing an order with organicwinepure (Weinhaus Hartl).
Prices are shown per bottle in euros, including 19 % german VAT.
Normally there is no extra charges - customs and taxes for wine within the EU. In some countries there might be an additional "alcohol tax" on wine which clients could be obliged to pay. In case you live in a country where alcohol taxes have to be paid, Then this is only the clients responsibility.

Shipping:
Shipment will be made immediately upon receipt of payment. Orders will be delivered within 3 to 6 working days to any part of Great Britain or any other European country by United Parcel Service (UPS) from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm. The person who signs for the items delivered must be 18 years or older. Please check your order on arrival and only sign for the number of boxes delivered. Should a wine be damaged or missing, please notify us by e-mail within three days after the delivery date and we will offer you a replacement or a refund. If the shipment cannot be delivered on the first attempt, the driver will leave you a message asking you to phone him and tell him when it would be convenient to deliver the shipment.
Payment – methods of payment
We prefer to receive payments by Paypal because it free for you, the fees are are low for us. The payment is fast and very reliable, and when an item is out of stock, we can refund the difference in your favour very easely.
Payment by PayPal
As soon as your order has been confirmed, you will by passed on the to the electronic PayPal system, where you will be asked to provide the system with your login ID and password and to proceed with the payment. You will then be passed back to our online shop, where you can complete your shopping.
Payment in advance
with a 2 % rebate by international bank transfer.

Returns: Although we select our wines very carefully, it may be that one of our wines is not to your satisfaction. In this case, please let us know and we will exchange or replace unopened bottles within 90 days of delivery.
Cancellation: Consumers can cancel their orders by e-mail, fax or other written statements within 2 weeks, beginning the day after receipt of the goods. Organicwinepure (Weinhaus Hartl) will refund any monies within 30 days of cancellation, except costs of shipping, when the goods have left our premises before.
Our guarantee: All the information provided on www.organicwinepure.com, including prices and vintages, are correct to the best of our knowledge. Vintages which are out of stock will be followed by the next vintage.
Security & Data protection: Our wine online store www.organicwinepure.com is hosted by
1 & 1, Germany's leading e-commerce provider, on their secure servers. Any of your personal information such as credit card details is sent on secure pages of the highest level available on e-commerce sites.
Privacy: Your personal details will never be passed on to any third party for marketing use, and we will only contact you again concerning your current order or if you subscribe to our newsletter. We require the phone number at which you can be reached from 8 am to 5 pm for urgent information that we or UPS might need.
Applicable law: In using the www.organicwinepure.com web site, you have tacitly agreed to be bound by European law, which stipulates that any dispute with private customers will be decided by the national law of the consumer. Thus the conditions stated here are governed by the law of your country.
